Self Storage FAQ

- The office hours are the hours of operation for the property when the facility manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours your rental unit can be accessed using your assigned electronic gate code.
- Each facility operates with a slightly different schedule and it is best to contact the facility you are interested in to find out the most convenient time for you. Some facilities open as early as 4:00AM and close at 10:00PM. Contact us for the facility nearest you.
- Indoor units are located inside of a building on the property and are located in buildings with wide hallways and have great lighting inside. All of our units are on the ground level. Indoor units are ideal for storing items that involve several boxes that you can carry to and from your vehicle and that don't take up as much space as drive up units. They have 8' high ceilings so you can maximize space in the unit. The doors on these units are more of a traditional entry/exit door.

- Outdoor units are on the ground-level and have drive-up access. The benefit of our outdoor drive up units is that you can store large, heavy items or equipment as you have the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck. The other benefit is that some of these units can have large roll up doors similar to a nice sized garage for easy access. The best part of all is that ALL of our units are ground floor so you will never have to guess if you have to climb stairs or carry all your stuff up several levels to access your unit. What is a "roll up door"?

- Roll up doors allow you the same convenience as the motion of a garage door. The most common in self storage, roll-up doors have a latch that slides in and out of the frame allowing you to lift the door upward, maximizing the usage of your space. Locks are placed in the sliding latch for your protection. Our doors have been maintained meticulously and you will never find a damaged or broken door at any of our facilities.
